Shipping policy
We ship both domestically and internationally. Arrival/transit times depend on your location. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. International delivery is longer and can take up to 45 days.
Turn Around
Most orders are shipped no later than 5 working days from receipt Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. Orders received on Fridays or on the weekend are due for processing in the new week. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Carriers
We use USPS to deliver our orders. For large orders/wholesale orders we may use Fed-Ex. Please contact us before ordering if you require a different carrier.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Wylde Thyme Studio does not set the shipping rates, those rates are determined by the carrier. We do not profit from shipping, we include a small handling fee to cover our shipping expenses (boxes, labels, tape, etc.)
Customs
You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence. Wylde Thyme Studio is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Wylde Thyme Studio to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.
For example, UK residents might expect a customs charge of at least 20% of the total cost of the purchase. Wylde Thyme Studio is not responsible for this payment. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup and payment is taken care of.
TrackingA tracking number will be provided and your order will be updated with the tracking information. Wylde Thyme Studio is not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses provided by you, the customer. Once a package has left our facility and in the possession of the shipping carrier, the package is no longer the responsibility of Wylde Thyme Studio. Please make sure that you provide correct shipping information at the time of ordering. Lost or stolen packages are not the responsibility of Wylde Thyme Studio.
